It’s not just another great Nicolas Cage Movie. It’s also official curling equipment.

Over a very cold weekend in Minneapolis, Jennifer took me to the St. Paul Curling Club with some of her Accenture friends to go curling. Imagine bowling, but instead of just rolling the ball down the lane, you throw the rock and there are people running in front of it sweeping madly.

It was a lot of fun and after a few ends, you could tell that you were going to be sore the next day. The sweeping muscles just weren’t up to the Olympic challenge that is competitive curling. I would definitely recommend you give it a try next time you’re up in the great white north.

Next on my list is ice fishing. Can’t wait.
